???? Don't know. What is going on. lol... Perhaps the dandelions think it is spring again, and are having a second season? :-)
ReplyDeleteHow does one tell the difference, between a crow, and a raven? It has to do with the shape of their tails. But I can never remember, how it goes............
Late Autumn blessings,
Luna Crone
Yes Luna, the Raven has a distinctive tail.

Many people consider dandelions to be weeds, but I have always loved them ... little spots of sunshine !
ReplyDeleteI love them too Sallie, and here they are definitely wildflowers!
Deletedandelions are so amazing
ReplyDeletethey know how to survive and thrive
even just a little sun and they will grow
i notice that about our wild strawberries too, a few blooms here and there still
and we have hand many frosts already
lovely to hear about your dandies
Hello, pretty images. I love the bird too. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Happy Saturday, enjoy and have a happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteRuby, the edit on your first image is wonderful, I need to try it. And I'll never look at the lowly dandelion the same way again.
ReplyDeleteWonderful dandelions...they think it is still "spring"! october was cold and rainy most of the time, but for today it was a sunny day,... Your blue sky and water is a delight for soul! Thanks for sharing them with us and great weekend to you!
ReplyDeleteLovely shots here! The flowers are having a hard time knowing what season it is where I am as the weather is still quite warm.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful macros, Ruby! The photo of the crow on the coast is so calming; love it! Poor dandelions - they are sometimes considered weeds, but I think they are so pretty and bright and cheery. From what I've read, they represent the sun when they're yellow and the moon when they're white. I can definitely appreciate that.
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend!
Poppy
The seasons are mixed up everywhere.... we are living in changing times.
ReplyDeleteLovely flowers, and birdie, too!
ReplyDelete~
Hello! I love dandelions, as I do all wild flowers and your macro images are wonderful. It seems unusual (to me) to see a Carrion Crow by the sea. Great capture! Our October weather has been just like Summer, and we also have dandelions, and daisies, in the garden.
ReplyDeleteDandelions are so pretty! Have a great week, Ruby.
ReplyDeleteLovely images! Love the crow patrol!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, bright and brilliant in colours and subjects~
ReplyDeleteThose dandelions you have captured are beautifully shinning in the sunlight! Lovely bird and pretty ripples like sherbet!
ReplyDeleteHave a good day,Ruby.
