Changing Colours
In my studio - broken bits of foliage in a paint spattered old beer glass .....
Colours change as plants age and dry out .....
Cultivated rose hips - lavender - ferns .....
Blackcurrant leaf .....
Princess asleep in "her" chair .....
Perhaps dreaming of crows !
Thank you for visiting

Incredibly beautiful arrangements .... The rosehips are such a beautiful deep red. Our grandson's girlfriend just gifted us with a jar of rosehip jelly -- I can't wait to taste as I've heard of it all my life but never tried it.
ReplyDeleteEven as colours fade a seasonal arrangement of leaves and flower heads can still brighten our days.
ReplyDeleteHappy Mosaic Monday from Normandy.

ReplyDeleteHaha, I just replied on my blog I was not able to reach you yesterday and today to see your beautiful leaf you added for ALL SEASONS. Many thanks, Ruby. Also, the one with the rosehips is stunning! Have a beautiful week!
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful the purple in the lavender and the burgundy in the rose hips complement one another. Your collage of critter royalty is radiant!
ReplyDeleteWishing you a wonderful week, Ruby!

Dear Ruby - Artistic captures of the ageing plants! They don’t look ageing for the beautiful and brilliant colors, probably because the colors deepen before fading out when matured or ripen. The white hair of Princess has such beautiful luster.
